Quran Learning From Home
A Female Online Quran Tutor for Dearborn Girls and Women
Al-Khair Online Quran Academy connects Dearborn families with a female online Quran tutor for girls and women who prefer to learn with a female teacher, alongside qualified male teachers for boys and men. Every class is live and one-to-one, taught from home, with scheduling built around Dearborn’s routine.
Structured Learning Path
Correct Tajweed and Makharij, One Student at a Time
Many Dearborn students, including Arabic-speaking families, already read Quran but want cleaner recitation. Our teachers listen closely and correct Tajweed rules and Makharij — the precise pronunciation points of Arabic letters — in real time, one-to-one, so mistakes are fixed early rather than repeated.
Quran Programs for Every Learner
From first letters to Ijazah, Al-Khair offers a structured path for Dearborn students at any age or level.
For Children
Quran Classes for Kids
Quran Classes for Kids give Dearborn and Hamtramck parents a safe, structured way to start their child’s Quran journey from home. Al-Khair matches each child with a patient, qualified teacher — with female tutors available for girls — and shares weekly progress updates, so parents always know exactly how their child is doing.
Lessons are paced to a child’s age and attention span, mixing Noorani Qaida basics, correct pronunciation, and short Duas so learning stays enjoyable rather than overwhelming. Sessions can be booked before or after school, or on weekends, around Dearborn-area routines. Parents are welcome to sit in, and a free trial lets your child meet their teacher before you commit to anything.
For Adults
Quran Classes for Adults
Quran Classes for Adults are built for busy Dearborn residents balancing work, family, and faith. Whether you’re starting from zero or want to sharpen your Tajweed, classes are one-to-one, so the pace is entirely yours — no group lessons to keep up with, and no judgment for starting later in life.
Evening and weekend slots make it possible to fit lessons around a full-time job or family responsibilities, and sessions can be rescheduled when life gets in the way. Many adult students begin with basic reading and move toward Tajweed correction or Tafseer once they’re comfortable. Female teachers are available for women who prefer them, alongside male teachers, so you can learn with whoever puts you most at ease.
Advanced Study
Hifz & Advanced Quran Learning
Hifz & Advanced Quran Learning supports Dearborn students working toward memorization or Ijazah, where consistency matters more than speed. Al-Khair’s teachers build a structured routine of new memorization, recent revision, and older revision, and track progress carefully so nothing is memorized loosely.
Because Hifz is a long-term commitment, classes are scheduled at a steady, sustainable time each week rather than squeezed in irregularly, which helps Dearborn families keep momentum even during busy school terms. Students who complete their Hifz or want deeper certification can continue into the Ijazah course with the same one-to-one supervision and regular progress reporting throughout.

Experienced, Qualified Teachers
Al-Khair’s teachers are trained and experienced in teaching Quran, Tajweed, and Islamic studies to students of different ages and backgrounds. Each teacher is matched to a student’s level and learning style rather than placed in a one-size-fits-all class.
Qualified female teachers are available for girls and women who prefer them, alongside male teachers for boys and men, so Dearborn families can choose whoever feels most comfortable.
Every class is one-to-one, meaning a teacher’s full attention stays on a single student throughout the lesson, with weekly progress reporting so parents can see exactly how their child is advancing.
Serving Students Wherever They Are
Al-Khair Online Quran Academy doesn’t operate a physical branch in Dearborn — classes are taught entirely online to families across the USA, UK, Canada, and beyond, including Dearborn, Detroit, and Hamtramck.
Because there’s no office to visit, scheduling is built around each family’s own time zone rather than fixed opening hours, so Dearborn students can book lessons before school, after school, in the evening, or on weekends.
Classes run over live video, with the teacher screen-sharing the Quran or Qaida page and correcting recitation as the student reads, so the experience feels close and personal despite the distance.
